Property records we publish

PropertyFX publishes information from government and other public records about property, such as parcel, assessment and environmental records. We never publish phone numbers, email addresses or mailing addresses, and PropertyFX cannot be searched by a person's name.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct a record, or to withhold an owner name, through Corrections & opt-out. We honor Address Confidentiality Program requests.

Site visits

We record visits, property searches and sign-up steps, including the address searched, your IP address and browser, the site that sent you, and a first-party cookie that recognizes your browser across visits. We use this to understand how the site is used and to protect it from scraping and abuse. PostHog, our analytics provider, processes this information for us.

If you open a report without an account, we keep the same log of that report, with the purpose you certify, your IP address and browser.

Customer information

For customer accounts we keep your name, email, mobile number, address and company, a record of the consents you give (with the wording, time, IP address and browser), the purpose you certify, the towns you watch, and a log of the reports you request and the Pro searches and exports you run, with the IP address and browser used. When you create an account we link your earlier site activity to it, and share your name, email and company with PostHog for that purpose. We use a service provider to text sign-in codes. PropertyFX takes no payments yet. When it does, Stripe will process them and we will not store card numbers. We do not sell customer information.

Help requests

If you ask for help with a property, we keep your name, email, any phone number you give, your message, the property, and a record of your consent with its wording, time, IP address and browser. We use them to reply to that request. If you choose to talk to a licensed real estate professional, we send them to Jeff Stutzman, a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. For property elsewhere he may refer you to an agent licensed there.

Town alerts

If you turn on alerts, we email you when public records show new market signals in the towns you watch or changes to the properties you track. We keep the towns and properties you follow, with any notes you add, and those notes are private to your account. We keep a record of your choice with its wording, time, IP address and browser. Every alert has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in.

How we may contact you

If you agree at sign-up, we may contact you about PropertyFX and related property-information services by email, phone and text, including automated or prerecorded calls and texts. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, to opt out.

Keeping and managing your information

We keep customer, consent and access records for as long as we need them to run and protect PropertyFX and to meet legal obligations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your account information by writing to us. We keep a record of the consents you gave, including any withdrawal, as evidence.
